Boost Mobile Unlock — What to Check Before You Order

Boost devices have their own waiting period before Boost will unlock one for free, and the details depend on when and how the device was activated. Check your Boost account first — if you are already eligible, use their process and pay nothing.

When people come to us instead

  • The phone was bought used and there is no account access or service history.

  • The waiting period is not met and the phone is needed on another network now.

  • Boost's own process was tried and did not go through.

What no service can do

A device reported lost or stolen, or flagged for fraud, cannot be unlocked by anybody. If a site promises to unlock a blacklisted phone, that is the point to walk away.

Confirm the carrier before you buy a service

Boost has run on more than one network over the years, and a phone people call a Boost phone is often locked to something else. Getting this wrong means ordering the wrong service. Dial *#06# for the IMEI and run the $1 carrier check first — it tells you the real lock status before you spend anything.

Prices and turnaround for every service are shown at cellphoneken.com before you pay. Call or text (940) 344-3069.
